Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SyntaxError Studio's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

SyntaxError Studio provides professional web development services including:

  • Website design and development
  • Mobile application development
  • UI/UX design services
  • E-commerce solutions
  • Website maintenance and support
  • Digital consulting services

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% deposit required to start work
  • Remaining 50% due upon project completion
  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • All prices are in INR unless otherwise specified

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of:

  • Custom code developed specifically for their project
  • Custom graphics and designs created for the project
  • Final website files and assets

SyntaxError Studio retains rights to pre-existing frameworks, templates, and reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing all content, images, and materials in a timely manner
  • Ensuring legal ownership of all provided materials
  • Providing clear project requirements and feedback
  • Making payments according to agreed terms
  • Testing and approving deliverables

6. Limitation of Liability

SyntaxError Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates based on client requirements and timely provision of materials. Delays in client feedback or materials may extend project completion dates. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

8. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Major scope changes will require a new agreement and additional payment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, the client will be charged for work completed up to the termination date. Refunds will be provided only for work not yet performed.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration.
