Syntax Error Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) provides freelance web and mobile app development services. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to the following terms.
2. Scope of Services
We offer design and development of websites, mobile applications, and related digital services. Project scope, timeline, and pricing are defined on a per-project basis through direct communication.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
1.Provide accurate project details and requirements
2.Respond in a timely manner to feedback or queries
3.Supply content (text, images, logos, etc.) where applicable
4. Project Timelines
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on scope and client response. Delays caused by incomplete information or late feedback are not our responsibility.
5. Revisions & Updates
Projects may include a limited number of revisions, based on the original agreement. Additional changes outside the scope may require extra charges.
6. Payments
Payments are collected via mutually agreed terms (milestones, full advance, or partial advance). Refunds are not guaranteed unless specified before the project begins.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
Final delivered code and assets become the client’s property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
1.Issues caused by third-party services or platforms
2.Future bugs or compatibility issues unless covered by a support plan
3.Unauthorized modifications made by others after delivery
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our site or services implies acceptance of the latest version.
